Hope Inspired by Barrack Obama LIVE in Pueblo Colorado Obama addressed over 14,000 people at the Colorado State Fair Grounds in Pueblo, Colorado on September 16th, 2008. Pueblo is registered 2 to 1 Democrats vs Republicans, which makes Pueblo a powerhouse when it comes to US Presidential Elections. When I found out he was coming, I got on the phone to invite my son who’s 24 yrs. old and my daughter who just turned 18 to invite them to experience a once in a lifetime event. I was a bit skeptical about my reaction to this, but walked away with a HOPE and an better understanding of his affect on people in Pueblo, especially the young who are just starting out their career training. Tiana, my daughter, told me she is VERY glad she went and that she was going to buy an Obama T-shirt to wear to her classes and is going to pimp up her “Myspace” with Obama stuff in an attempt to get her friend to vote for him. Regardless of who’s side your on, that HAS to be a good sign that an 18 year old teenager has hope for her and her friend’s futures in America!
